The post that stood out the most to me was by MarytheKaytheBlog with her Paint your own toes TRICK. This post was the funniest thing I have read all week. She had the most visits out of all the links last week, so you must have all felt the same. I love all of her tips and her great sense of humor. I also love that she took a picture of her trick. So if you have not read this post yet, go on over and tell her hi for me.
Sorry about posting this photo MarytheKay, but it was just too funny. My toes look something like this after I let my 9 year old daughter paint them. I have been doing your trick without realizing it!
Now let's PARTY!

ReplyDeleteThanks for another party!
ReplyDeleteOh my WORD! First of all, Jen--thank you SO MUCH for liking my toenail painting trick!! That especially thrills me that I made you giggle a little.
ReplyDeleteBut, second of all...the PICTURE...of my TOES??? I have to say--I hid my head under the table when I first opened up your blog tonight. Eeek! I'm not even embarrassed about the bad paint job. It's the TOES. They just look so wide and stumpy in that picture. :-)
But, if my ugly stumpy toes can provide help to just one person out there, then the picture must stay.
Seriously, though? Thank you.
Thanks so much for hosting every week! This post was so funny!!

ReplyDeleteBeing 8 1/2 months pregnant, my husband has offered to paint my toenails and I've cringed at that thought! After reading the trick, it might not be such a bad idea... Thanks for sharing, MarytheKay! :)

Being thrifty, without sacrificing quality, is indeed a noble trait. Those can not economize will agonize.
